Mr. Pops is proudly owned by Tim & Nate. Utilizing knowledge from their long career in the restaurant and hospitality business, they combined their skills to create what you love best about the store, quality & deliciousness.

 

Nate, the pastry chef of Mr. Pops, spent his pastry chef career at The Peacock Inn (Princeton, NJ), Brick Farm Tavern (Hopewell, NJ), The Mill (Hershey, PA), and The Pressroom (Lancaster, PA). His skills are evident in all the pastries and temptations that you will find in the cafe section of the store.

 

The chocolatier, Tim, has worked at many reputable establishments, allowing him to be the jack of all trades. A culinary chef turned to a Willy Wonka prodigy. This wouldn't be possible without his prior experience of chocolate making that makes his chocolate that incredible.
